A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use browser localStorage, which works similarly but is stored only in your browser and never automatically sent to a server.
We use browser localStorage to remember your cookie choice, so you're not asked again on every page, and to keep the website chat/AI advisor interface working across a visit. This is strictly necessary for the site to function as intended and cannot be switched off, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) exemption for strictly necessary storage.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites or build long-term profiles. It reports aggregate visit numbers only. Because it doesn't use cookies, it isn't affected by your cookie choice.
We do not currently run cookie-based advertising or cross-site tracking tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag). If we add one in future, it will only load after you actively consent via the cookie banner, and this page will be updated to list it before that happens.
The banner shown on your first visit lets you choose "Essential only" or "Accept". You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings (usually under Privacy / Site settings), which resets the banner to ask again on your next visit.
