Course enquiries flow from the website into an enrolment CRM pipeline. Enrolment confirmed, documents sent and course access granted — all tracked in one system.
Automated certificate generation
When a learner passes their final assessment, a personalised certificate is generated and delivered to their learner portal and email address automatically.
Tutor dashboard
Tutors log in to see their assigned learners, track progress, submit assessment results and add notes. All activity recorded centrally.
Director reporting dashboard
Live dashboard showing total enrolments, completion rates per course, assessment pass rates, outstanding learners and revenue by period.
Automated onboarding
When a learner enrols, they automatically receive a welcome email, login credentials, course schedule and first assignment. No manual setup per learner.
